Mathawker.com provides multi-axis CNC milling, vertical turning, and EDM machining for heavy metal stamping dies. All work is performed to the specifications agreed in the written quote. Any additional operations outside the quoted scope require a separate written agreement.

The client must supply accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and material specifications before production begins. The client is responsible for verifying that the provided data matches the intended die geometry. Mathawker.com is not liable for errors originating from incorrect client data.

Standard micrometric tolerances are ±5 µm for CNC milling and ±2 µm for wire EDM. Final inspection uses CMM equipment, and a report is provided with each shipment. If the client requires tighter tolerances, those must be stated in the original quote; otherwise standard limits apply.

Mathawker.com’s total liability for any claim arising from a single order is limited to the invoiced amount of that order. We are not liable for consequential damages including production downtime, lost profits, or tooling replacement costs caused by delayed or defective work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate a project by written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Changes to scope, tolerances, or delivery dates must be confirmed in writing. Verbal amendments are not binding.
